Room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating.
The air conditioning didn't work properly and the room was hot and stuffy. The shower smelled of mold and the carpet in the room was dirty.

There was no hard copy menu and we were given an electronic tablet which made ordering difficult. The staff were not very helpful and seemed condescending towards us.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with assistance in buying railway tickets and organizing special restaurant service. We were upgraded to a better room with comfortable beds and a great overview of the city.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is near a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and a huge underground shopping area. The front desk service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has great varieties and delicious. Rooms are bright, friendly, clear and with all required facilities and toiletries. They offer a good view over the city from upper floors.
The restaurant does not serve good food, it's not friendly with non-local people and might not be a good dining option.
